Ace Badminton aims to provide the most suitable adult badminton training by tailoring badminton training to each individual, making sessions as effective as possible. The club understands that everyone has different levels of fitness and different fitness goals.
At Ace Badminton, our training focuses more on the proper badminton techniques and footwork employed whilst playing badminton, rather than the physical aspect of the game. This allows us to tailor the badminton training based on the student's physical condition.
Club coaches will continue to monitor a student’s progress and adjust their badminton training schedules accordingly, which will help in the prevention of sports injuries and also maximize physical improvements.
